Storms continue in the northern part of the state in Mitchell, Worth and Cerro Gordo Counties from Mason City north and northeast. Temperatures have climbed well into the 90s south of Interstate 80 with the warmest being 95 at Shenandoah, the highest heat index is at Muscatine at 110.
