Due to heavy thunderstorms that moved through my location, a number of warnings were missed by me. As of 10:20 no warnings are currently in effect. Radar currently shows a line of strong thunderstorms from Davenport to Washington to Ottumwa to Lamoni. Light to Moderate rain follows behind the main squall line for 50 miles or more. Another line of thunderstorms also extends from Knoxville to Indianola to Winterset. All storms are moving ESE at 35-40 mph. Heavy rain, small hail and gusty winds will accompany any of the storms along with dangerous lightning. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect in eastern Iowa through Midnight.
