As was predicted earlier on the blog, more counties had been dropped from the Severe Thunderstorm Watch. These counties are in the Omaha CWA, Harrison, Monona, Shelby.

More counties have been dropped from the Severe Thunderstorm Watch. Those counties are Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Ida, O’Brien, Osceola. There will likely be more counties dropped soon as the storms have not materialized this evening.
Counties Dropped From Watch
The Severe Thunderstorm Watch has now been cancelled in the following counties: Plymouth, Sioux, Woodbury. This includes Sioux City. The boundary in which the storms have been trying to develop on has moved east of this area.

One storm continues along the broken line of thunderstorms. This storm was located from Sheldon to Orange City in eastern Sioux and western O’Brien county.
