A blizzard warning will go into effect at Noon Saturday for the following counties in Iowa, Osceola, Dickinson, Lyon, Sioux, Plymouth, Woodbury, Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Ida and OBrien. A Winter Weather Advisory is also in effect in the same areas starting at 6am and going until Noon Saturday. The Blizzard Warning will expire Sunday …
