Enhanced Risk of Severe Weather Tomorrow

An enhanced risk of severe weather is currently in place for Tuesday afternoon and evening across southwest Iowa, primarily south of Highway 3 and west of Interstate 380/Highway 218. Large hail, damaging winds, and perhaps a tornado-or-two are the threats initially before the system grows upscale into a mesoscale convective system later in the overnight. Flash flooding is also a large concern.
