* AT 527 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WAYLAND…OR 8 MILES SOUTH OF KAHOKA…AND MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ALEXANDRIA…WARSAW…KEOKUK…HAMILTON…WEST POINT…FERRIS…CARTHAGE…BOWEN AND AUGUSTA.
