ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES EAST OF SIGOURNEY TO 6 MILES
EAST OF FAIRFIELD TO 9 MILES WEST OF KEOSAUQUA…AND MOVING EAST AT
55 MPH.
