RAINY BEGINNING: A dry day to start out today, but Tuesday and Wednesday look wet once again as the front that will stall to the south of the state today will begin to retreat northward as a warm front. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible beginning late Monday night but more likely Tuesday morning. Amounts will be in between a half inch across the northern counties to 2 inches across the south.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND: Saturday looks to be the best day of the three with chances of showers and thunderstorms returning late on Sunday into Monday. The further east in the state on Sunday, you’ll have a better chance of seeing no precipitation during the daylight hours as well, adding another dry day for those in that area.
