The River has crested at Lansing, Lynxville WI, McGregor and Guttenberg. It will crest at Dubuque tomorrow and later in the week downstream. The crests have been raised downstream of the Quad Cities by as much as a foot. Major flooding is now expected at Keokuk. The river will continue to rise in those locations while areas where the river has crested will see steady if not a slow fall over the next few days. Secondary crests are possible with any precipitation that will fall over the next few weeks.
