A few thunderstorms have developed in and around the Siouxland Area. These storms are moving east at about 10-20 mph. A large complex of Thunderstorms that had developed in Central Nebraska has weakened and does not pose a threat to Iowa at this time.
A slight risk of Severe Weather has been issued for areas in Iowa south of a line from Waukon to Jefferson to Onawa. This could change as the day progresses. The main threats in Iowa should be from some large hail and damaging winds. There is an isolated tornado threat mainly east of a line from Guttenberg to Lamoni.
