Election Day 2010 Weather

The weather should be no deterrent to go out and vote on Election Day. Skies will be mostly sunny with temperatures similiar to Monday with readings in the 50s. Polls will be open in Iowa from 7am until 9pm. After the big vote on Tuesday, voters may not want to vote for flurries, but they are in the forecast for this coming Thursday across parts of the state. They will be light and scattered and no accumulations are likely. Readings late this week will drop into the low to mid 40s for highs before rebounding into the mid 50s by the latter half of this coming weekend.
