* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF SOUTHEASTERN POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY.
THE WARNED AREA INCLUDES HIGHWAY 59 IN IOWA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 41 AND 58.
