* AT 249 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH….AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY NEAR TIFFIN…OR 10 MILES WEST OF UNIVERSITY OF IOWA…AND MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
