Lake Delhi Dam early Saturday PMThe dam at Lake Delhi has breached and water is spilling over 30+ foot gap just to the south of the dam. The fast moving water is moving quickly down stream flooding towns like Hopkinton and Monticello, where the Great Jones County Fair has called off all activities for tonight. The Maquoketa River which feeds into Lake Delhi in southern Delaware county hit a record stage in Manchester just upstream from the dam at over 23 feet, around 2 feet higher than the old record.
