NORTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST IOWA…

* UNTIL 415 AM CDT

* AT 115 AM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL EARLY THIS MORNING WILL LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING AS GROUND IS SATURATED DUE TO EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OVER THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS.
