* AT 358 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THE HEAVIER CELLS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR WHICH WILL CAUSE URBAN FLOODING IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
