* AT 1038 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RAINFALL RATES UP TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
