This week will see a wide ranging roller coaster of weather in the state. Today, temperatures have been in the upper 60s to lower 70s with some fair weather cumulus clouds dotting the sky. There is an isolated chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the western half of the state this afternoon, but radar is still clear in the state right now. Tomorrow will see a very warm and windy day with highs rising well into the 70s to the mid 80s in some locations. Thunderstorms will be possible again tomorrow afternoon as a storm system sweeps in from the west. Severe Weather is not expected either from any storms that form this afternoon or any that form tomorrow, but there is a slight risk of severe weather in Wisconsin Tuesday. Temperatures will then drop back to seasonal norms Wednesday and Thursday with highs similiar to today 60s to lower 70s. Thursday will see a return chance of rain and thunderstorms and then temperatures will drop Friday into the 50s with some locales not even getting out of the 40s! There is a chance of some frosty mornings this weekend so plants may need to be covered once more at that time.
