After a number of severe thunderstorm warnings this morning and this afternoon, the weather in the state will become more quiet and a bit cooler for the rest of the weekend and into next week. Outside of a few showers and isolated thunderstorms tomorrow and again early in the week, the weather will be partly to mostly sunny. Highs will be cooler with readings mainly in the 60s to the lower 70s. Lows will dip back into the 40s and even some mid to upper 30s by the middle to end of next week, which could bring back the threat of frost once more.
NOTE: The blog did miss several warnings today due to internet issues and although this hasn’t been resolved as of yet. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
