EAST CENTRAL DUBUQUE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST IOWA…
WESTERN CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS…
JO DAVIESS COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS…
WESTERN STEPHENSON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS…

* AT 220 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH…AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED APPROXIMATELY ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM EAST DUBUQUE TO ANDOVER…OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM DUBUQUE TO 9 MILES NORTH OF CLINTON…AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 70 MPH.
