A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for much of Iowa, eastern Nebraska, and southeast South Dakota through 11:00 p.m. Large hail to 2″, damaging winds to 70 MPH, and an isolated tornado are all possible, in addition to the moderate risk of flash flooding. Storms are expected to continue developing and grow upscale across the region, propagating very slowly to the southeast this evening.
