The weather for RAGBRAI this week could not have been more perfect. If you remember, a couple weeks back, Excessive Heat Warnings were blanketing the state as heat indexes approached the 120° mark. This pattern quickly changed back into Sunny-to-Partly Sunny skies for the majority of the week with hardly any rain chances. This weather will continue into today with low 80s for highs with Mostly Cloudy skies. The rain should stay away for the most part unless an isolated shower or two moves into the area. Riders will be heading from Washington to Muscatine, a 49.7 mile ride with 1,314 feet of climb.
