The city that last held the event 16 years ago will see mostly cloudy skies throughout the day with 20-30% rain chances early and late. High temperatures will be a bit cooler than recent days, into the low 80s.

Friday and Saturday look to be cool as well with 77° the expected high on Friday and 81° the expected high on the final day in Muscatine. Partly-to-mostly cloudy skies will be the story with small rain chances.
