For those of you who got the itch to get the some plants or have had some flowers already come up out of the ground and begin to bloom, the weather forecast will not be for your liking.

Temperatures tonight are expected to drop into the upper 20s and lower 30s across the state, setting the stage for some frost. Frost and or Freeze Advisories won’t be issued as the average last frost for most of the state isn’t for several weeks, but you may want to cover the plants you want to keep tonight or (if you can) bring them inside. This will be the only night over the next several where temperatures will be this cold, at least for now.
