The main severe weather threat has diminshed greatly late this evening across the state. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect for the Iowa counties along the Mississippi River for storms that are moving into the state from NE Missouri. Otherwise just some light to moderate rain with some claps of thunder will be seen the rest of the evening hours SE of a Ottumwa to Bellevue line.

Another moderate shower with some thunder was moving into SW Wisconsin near Prairie Du Chien and some residual light rain was moving into NW Iowa where temperatures have been in the low 40s for most of the evening hours.
