Back to Nearly Perfect Fall Weather

After a rainy Friday which even included  thunderstorms that produced a few short lived tornadoes in NW Iowa Saturday will be much nicer with decreasing clouds and highs generally in the lower 60’s across Iowa. It will be a windy day with NW winds of 15 to 30 MPH with a few higher gusts possible.

Saturday night will be mostly clear across Iowa with winds decreasing to 3 to 7 MPH. Lows will be in the mid 30’s in the north to around 40 across Southern Iowa.

Looking ahead into next week the first part of the week will be pleasant with sunny skies and highs in the lower 60’s. Chances for showers return to Iowa by Tuesday.

As always be weather aware and enjoy the weather because its the only weather we got.
