After several rounds of snow and wind the last few weeks or so, finally a week where the weather will be somewhat abnormal, at least this winter anyway. Skies will mainly be sunny with only a few scattered clouds each day. However, the sunshine will not result in warm temperatures. Given all the snow on the ground, temperatures will remain below average for the middle to end of February. Highs this week will be in the 20s to around 30 with lows in the single digits and teens. A slight chance of snow will come again on Friday, but those chances are becoming more and more slight with every model run. After that, there isn’t a significant system moving into the state until the beginning of next week.
