Cold Weather is Back

Skies have cleared as the light snow is moving out of the state this afternoon. A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued tonight through the morning hours of Thursday for the following counties, Chickasaw, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell, Cerro Gordo, Emmet, Hancock, Kossuth, Palo Alto, Winnebago, Worth, Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, OBrien, Osceola and Sioux. Wind chills tonight will drop to between -10 and -25, with actual temperatures tonight dropping into the single digits above and below zero. Expect cold weather to last for the next couple of days, with highs in the single digits and teens and lows in the single digits above and below zero. It will also remain dry through the upcoming weekend.
