The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma is monitoring northwest and north central Iowa this afternoon for a potential Severe Thunderstorm or Tornado Watch as two lines of thunderstorms (the first one from Worthington, MN to West Point, NE, and the second one from Algona, IA to Denison, IA) developing look to have the potential for large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes. These will likely continue to strengthen over the next couple of hours.
