A few changes to advisories, watches and warnings this morning. A Winter Storm Warning will go into effect at Noon and will expire at 6am Saturday morning for the following counties, Black Hawk, Boone, Grundy, Hardin, Marshall, Story, Tama, Adair, Adams, Cass, Clarke, Dallas, Decatur, Jasper, Madison, Polk, Ringgold, Taylor, Union and Warren. The Winter Storm Warning remains in effect elsewhere in NE, NC, NW and WC and SW Iowa. The flood Watch in parts of eastern Iowa has been trimmed. It will not end at Midnight tonight instead of 6am Friday morning for Benton, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Jones, Linn, Cedar, Iowa, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Van Buren and Washington. The Flood Watch has been cancelled for the NWS Des Moines counties. A Winter Storm Watch is now in effect from 6pm this evening until 6am Saturday morning for the following counties, Appanoose, Davis, Lucas, Mahaska, Marion, Monroe, Poweshiek, Wapello and Wayne.
