There is a lot to be thankful for this year. There has been fewer tornadoes this year then in past years and no widespread flooding has occurred this year. Mother Nature isn’t giving us any breaks however today, as skies remain mostly cloudy across the state with temperatures in the 30s with wind chills down in the 20s. Tomorrow morning for Holiday shoppers, temperatures will be in the lower to middle 20s as stores open for Black Friday. Daytime highs will be in the 40s with sunny skies. The weekend will be warm with highs in the 40s and lower 50s before a few showers move in late on Sunday. Another chance of wintery precipitation is expected by the middle of next week, with some rain and snow possible. It’s to early to determine if any accumulating snow will fall from the mid-week storm, so stay tuned.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
