The rain has become more scattered early this morning. It has also mixed with a bit of sleet from time to time overnight. The heaviest rain is currently over SE Iowa where a Flood Watch remains in effect until this evening. 1-2 inches have already fallen in SE Iowa with another 1/2 to 1 inch possible by later tonight. The rest of the state will recieve a quarter inch or less with little or no rain north of US Hwy 20/
