Clouds continue to linger over most of the state today. Skies will clear throughout the state by tonight dropping temperatures down into the 20s and lower 30s. A warmup will be in store as the weekend nears, with highs steadily climbing through the 50s and into the lower and middle 60s by this weekend. There will be a slight chance of rain late Thursday night into Friday which shouldn’t amount to a whole lot. Otherwise, it will remain dry through the weekend. The next best chance of rain will come early next week with a storm system moving in from the west.
