A Couple Days of Rain

Rain will be in the forecast for the next couple of days across the state. Some of the rainfall will be heavy with amounts generally ranging between 1-3 inches by the time the storm departs on Friday. The best chances of rain will be on Wednesday and then again on Friday. This will not be a steady rain, there will be some dry hours intermixed during this event. Severe Weather is not likely with this storm, nor will there be any chance of any of this precipitation mixing with any snow. Temperatures will slowly cool off the rest of the week with highs today in the upper 50s to the lower 60s. By Friday, daytime highs will be in the upper 40s to the lower 50s. Lows will be in the upper 30s to the upper 40s throughout the week.
