The cool dry weather that has beset the state the last few days continues through the end of the week with a slight warming trend each day. Highs will continue to increase a degree or two each day up until the weekend when the next storm system approaches from the west. Highs will remain in the 70s the rest of the week with lows in the 40s and 50s. The next chance of rain comes on Sunday. Football on Thursday night (Iowa State) Friday night (High School) and Saturday (UNI vs Iowa) should have no weather issues at all.
SOCAL: A post previewing the 6 days in SOCAL will be posted on Saturday. We will try to get some pictures of the wildfire that continues to burn in the northern part of Los Angeles County when we arrive on Sunday afternoon.
