The month of August ends today with temperatures more reminiscent of October. Highs today will be in the 60s to the lower 70s after morning lows that had fallen into the 40s to around 50. Skies will remain mostly sunny with a few fair weather clouds in the afternoon for the next couple days. Temperatures will begin to rebound to average readings by this weekend, with highs heading back up into the 70s and lows climbing back into the 50s. The chances of rain this week are slight with the best chance likely waiting until Sunday.
