INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED
AREA. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH
MID AFTERNOON. THIS RAIN IS FALLING ON ALREADY SATURATED GROUND
AFTER THE HEAVY RAINS OF THIS LAST WEEKEND…SO RUNOFF FROM THE
RAINS WILL LEAD TO RAPID RISES ON AREA CREEKS AND STREAMS. ALSO…
INTENSE RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 1.5 INCH IN 30 MINUTES WILL LEAD TO
STREET FLOODING IN ANY URBAN AREAS.
