THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
AFTER AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL REPORTED IN SOUTHEASTERN PARTS
OF SIOUX FALLS…ANOTHER PERIOD OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL SPREAD INTO
SOUTHEAST SIOUX FALLS AND AREAS TO THE EAST TOWARD VALLEY SPRINGS
AND ROWENA…WHERE ONE TO ONE AN A HALF INCHES OF RAIN WILL FALL
IN A BRIEF TIME THROUGH 1030 PM.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
