A new Flash Flood Watch has been issued for northwest Iowa from 7:00 PM tonight to 7:00 AM tomorrow morning (6:00 AM for Monona county). The upcoming severe weather system is expected to bring very heavy rain to the area with two to three inches expected in the watch area with localized amounts to four inches possible. This will likely lead to areas of flash flooding. Remember – turn around, don’t drown.
