* AT 417 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED REPEATED THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OVER THE WARNED AREA.
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO
BEGIN SHORTLY.
