Radar shows a severe thunderstorm in Allamakee County in NE Iowa northeast of Waukon. This storm is moving SE and will move toward Prairie Du Chien Wisconsin in the next hour. There are a few cells trying to form in Howard County near Cresco, otherwise the rest of the state remains dry. There is still a watch for another hour for the eastern 2/3rds of the state, both the tornado and severe thunderstorm. Another watch may be issued to replace these two watches before 5pm.
