THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 MILES NORTH OF DYSART TO CHELSEA TO 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF KELLOGG…AND WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
