The Storm Prediction Center in Norman,OK has issued a slight risk for parts of the Upper Midwest including parts of Western & Northwest Wisconsin for today. Models suggest Thunderstorms will break out in Eastern Minnesota and then move east towards Wisconsin, Not all the ingredients are there, but some storms may still become severe, especially in Western and central sections of the 6 county area. Storms may be severe with, Damaging winds, Large hail, frequent lightning and very heavy rain. People in the area should be aware that some severe storms are possible this afternoon.
