* AT 1124 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED IN NORTHEAST IOWA NEAR DECORAH IN WINNESHIEK COUNTY AND ROSSVILLE IN ALLAMAKEE COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
