Moderate to Heavy rain is moving northbound from Missouri. This will dump at least an inch of rain in the eastern 1/2 of the state tonight. The rain is east of a line from Algona to Jefferson to Clarinda. Areas west of that line may see a few scattered showers but nothing that will amount to much.
