There is still a slight risk of severe weather for the rest of the day into tonight for the same areas in the post below. There have already been a few thunderstorms this morning in the state. So some people didn’t get a lot of sleep after watching Election Results last night to get awakened by thunder and lightning. The main threats are the same as before, large hail and damaging winds with a tornado possible. There is a moderate risk down in SE Kansas and NE Oklahoma where there could be major tornadoes today. Temperatures today will top out in the 60s to middle 70s across the state. This will be the last day of 70s for possibly a few months.
