Here’s the fourth look at what the weather might be like on election day, just 10 days away. The front has returned on this model run (18Z GFS), this is the first time since our first look a few days ago that the front has been seen on this model. It shows some precipitation (rain) east of the state with some backwash moisture behind the front entering the northern part of the state in the early part of the afternoon. There will be winds out of the SW early switching to the NW by midday across the state with the possibility of some rain and or snow falling. Any amounts would be light according to this run, but this is the first time in a few days this front has come back so we would have to continue to monitor the situation, the model will hone in on a trend in a few days when we should have a better idea of what the weather will be like for voting a week from Tuesday.
