Here is the second look at what the weather will be like for Election Day 2008 on November 4th
As it’s been stated before the models tend to go awry when you’re out 2 weeks in advance and this is no exception. Yesterday the GFS showed a cold front moving into Iowa from the NW. This model run taken at 1pm CDT shows SW winds across the state and no precipitation, however temperatures on Election Day morning will be chilly with temps around 30-35°, highs will likely be in upper 40s to upper 50s far west. Accuweather (which goes through Election day) predicts a high in the mid 40s and low in the mid 20s in the eastern part of the state. So this run shows no issues for casting ballots Nov. 4th
