Early Afternoon Notes Plus TORNADO WATCH

There is a moderate risk of severe weather now for the southwestern parts of the state. This is where the best chances of severe weather will be today, however a slight risk surrounds this area and includes almost the entire state. The threats remain the same as this morning, however the tornado threat has increased. In the southwestern part of the state a new TORNADO WATCH has been issued until 9pm for the following counties, Adair, Adams, Cass, Ringgold, Taylor, Union, Fremont, Mills, Montgomery, Page and Pottawattamie.
