The heaviest rain is in SE Iowa at the moment roughly from Burlington to Muscatine. The steady rain is now SE of a line from Waukon to Creston, with scattered rain showers to the NW. Tornado Warnings have been issued as close to Iowa as Peoria Illinois. Rain will continue throughout the night becoming less of a steady rain towards dawn. Most of the rain should be out of the state by early to mid afternoon tomorrow. But the football field at Kinnick Stadium will be wet for the game.
